Description of Services
Delivery Times
Clients are asked to select delivery and pickup times between the hours of 8am -12pm and 12-5pm Monday through Saturday. Sunday delivery and pickup is available at no extra charge before 7pm. Depending on product availability, Essential Party Rentals may request that products are delivered the day before the rental date and picked up the day after.
Delivery Charge
Standard delivery charge is $60. Charge covers delivery and pick up of rental supplies within a 30 mile radius of Harrisburg. There is an additional charge of $1 per mile for deliveries outside this radius. Typical delivery covers drop off of rental items to central location at site.
Chair Set-Up & Breakdown
Chair set-up (.95 per chair) and table set-up ($1.90 per table) includes essential rental staff unloading product and setting it up according to clients specifications. Essential’s staff will also breakdown chairs at time of pickup.
Table Set-Up & Breakdown
Table set-up ($1.90 per table) includes essential rental staff unloading product and setting it up according to clients specifications. Essential’s staff will also breakdown tables at time of pickup.
Inside Delivery
Standard delivery includes product drop off at central location on site. If client wants Essential’s staff to take product inside facilities that become difficult, such as on 3rd floor or in basement, there may be an inside delivery charge of $35 per hour per staff. Please check with rental agent whether charge applies to your delivery.
After Hours Delivery Charge
If product delivery or pick up requires Essential’s crew to work after 7pm, there will be a $75 after hour’s fee assessed.
Damage Waiver
Damage waiver is 10% of total rental contract. Waiver covers loss or breakage of most rental items. Large equipment and design props may not be covered under the damage waiver.
Site Visit Fee
In the event Essential’s staff is asked to visit at client’s location for a site visit prior to rental, there will be a $60 flat site visit fee (non-refundable).
Event Diagram Fee
Essential Party Rentals can prepare site diagram or floor layout for client’s event for $35. Client is responsible for providing room/site measurements. If site visit is required, then $75 site visit will also apply.
Tent Cancellation Fee
There is a 50% tent cancellation fee on all signed tent rental agreements regardless of date of cancellation. If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of rental date, client will be charged 100% of charge.
